John W. Decorato, M.D. began his private practice in Plastic Surgery in 1993. He completed residency training in Plastic Surgery from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Decorato is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery - the only board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties to certify surgeons to perform aesthetic plastic surgery.

Dr. Decorato is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the New York Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
