The immensely popular body contouring procedure introduced by Cynosure known as SmartLipo has recently undergone the latest upgrade to the SmartLipo Triplex.  The latest version of SmartLipo includes and additional laser wavelength designed specifically to treat fat. The addition of the 1440 nm wavelength now reduces te time needed to treat unwanted fatty deposits allowing for rgeater accuracy and precision. The combination of lasers provides greater control of fat and skin tightening.  The SmartLipo Triplex was introduced at the American Society of Plastic Surgeons annual meeting in Seattle in October 2009.
