Allergan has introduced the latest advance in the soft tissue filler marketplace with the introduction of Juvederm Ultra XC and Juvederm Ultra Plus XC. Both products are similar to the previously marketed filler products introduced by Allergan however the formula has been enhanced to add local anesthetic directly into the filler. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance found in all mammals that helps to hydrate and add volume to your skin. Although the effect is temporary, the resulting volume correction may last up to one year or longer depending upon injection site.
